CEI is a values-based, Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) with access, currency, and relevance throughout the Public Safety, military, energy sector and Homeland Security communities. We have an unmatched blend of military special operations, law enforcement, fire/rescue, emergency medical services, emergency management, Federal law enforcement and other specialists who bring responsive, tailored services and products to dynamic organizations.
At CEI we specialize in results. Utilizing the A.S.E. principal, our programs are Achievable, Sustainable, & Effective. We have long recognized that any sustainable program must include embedded agency trainers. Because of this reality, every program CEI develops includes a Train-the-Trainer (TtT) component. Our signature programs include collaboration with the host agency to vet and approve the curriculum and all supporting materials for an agency trainer to be effective (e.g. PowerPoint's, student handouts, video support materials, etc.). We then provide ongoing support to agency trainers with qualified professional speakers and trainers to ensure the long-term sustainability of your program.
CEI is a Denver-based consortium of emergency managers, former US Special Operations Forces personnel, veteran police, fire and EMS professionals; training program development, exercise support, emergency management and professional speaking experts. CEI's educationally entertaining (edu-taining) programs have provided clients with effective TtT programs which are currently in service within US interests both within the Homeland and abroad. At CEI we ensure our clients are prepared for threats of terrorism, mass violence and other natural or man-made disasters.
