The course teaches Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) for civilian personnel that operate in or may respond to traumatic mass casualty incidents and/or Active Shooter/Hostile Event Response (ASHER) Incidents.
The Tactical Medical Provider's course is based on the principles of Tactical Combat Casualty Care-All Service Members (TCCC-ASM) and meets the guidelines established by the Committee on Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (CoTECC).
